Informed by her personal yoga practice since 1980, Kate, E-RYT500, C-IATY, has an enduring passion for sharing the benefits of fitness, yoga and ayurveda to those who will embrace its teachings, and a 30 (+) year career helping those who are suffering discover a path towards well-being. She is both the Director of the Vital Heart Yoga School and the Cape Cod Center for Well-Being, LLC, and the Lead Trainer.
